Steel,
aluminium alloys, copper and copper alloy forging may follow the
procedures:
- die forging:
- max. 25 kg;
- Ø 250 x 400 mm
or 400 x 150 x 100 mm.
- extrusion:
- max. 80 kg;
- Ø 190 x 850 mm
- transversal rolling:
- max. 5 kg;
- Ø 40 x 300 mm
-free forging:
- max. 100 kg;
- Ø 500 x 400 mm.
-aluminium pressing:
- max. 5 kg;
- Ø 180 x 150 mm
The
dimensional precision of the currently forjed pieces is achieved
according to STAS 7670-83, middle class and upon request there can
be produced pieces with different dimensions in other classes of
precision. |
