Primary heat treatments:

-         annealing: - electrical ovens;

-         gas ovens;

-         medium frequency installations.

-         vacuum annealing;

-         annealing normalizing.

Secondary heat treatments:

-         hardening and draw back with or without controlled atmosphere ;

-         CIF hardening;

-         hardening in solution and artificial ageing;

-         gas nitruration .

Thermochemical treatment:

-         carburation;

-         carbonitruration;

-         gas nitruration.

The dimensions of the pieces:

-         annealing, hardening and draw back:

-         max. 1200Kg /batch;

-         Ø 900 x 700 mm or 1200 x 900 x 700 mm.

-         carburation and  carbonitruration:

-         max. 250Kg /batch;

-         Ø 600 x 400 mm or 800 x 600 x 400 mm.

- nitruration:

-         max. 850Kg / batch;

-         Ø 800 x 1200 mm
